Chocolat du Monde, Houston, Texas.

This past weekend I went to the only store that carries Neuhaus chocolate in Houston. It was like being in Belgium all over again. They also happened to have strawberries covered in all sorts of things from edible flowers to marzipan (yuck!). I went for the dark chocolate curls. Not very hip, but sometimes being a purist is definitely the way to go.
