This is my submission to IMBB IV: Around the world in a bowl of rice.

Indonesian Nasi Goreng is just fried rice, Indonesian style. Horribly simple for a rice dish (unfortunately I have no time for a more elaborate recipe) but still very satisfying. It tastes different than Chinese fried rice, even though the concept is, of course, the same. We eat it for breakfast with a spoon, and to me it beats cereal any day ;)
